Entity Framework Dynamic Filters EnableAllFilters

Description

EnableAllFilters method enables all filters within a DbContext at once which are globally disabled.

context.EnableAllFilters();

Enabling a globally disabled filters will apply only to that DbContext and it will not affect any other DbContext instances.
